Get the below details set so you can populate information throughout your Osmind EHR.

The following steps will offer guidance to ensure that your account is completely set up!

  1. Set up your account and personal information:

    1. Ensure your account contact information (from registration) is accurate. If you need to change information, you can do so by clicking here.

  2. Upload your practice logo:

    1. Include your logo so it will populate into invoices and superbills.

  3. Set up your practice Locations:

    1. Make your office locations and rooms to populate into the schedule, notes, and invoices. Learn how here.

  4. Integrate your Google Calendar:

    1. Integrate your Google Calendar into Osmind to view all your scheduled events. Learn more here.

  5. Set your practice's timezone:

    1. Set the default timezone for your calendar. This can be changed in the schedule view.

  6. Make your Appointment Types:

    1. Customize what your events will populate to save you time when scheduling. Learn more here!

  7. Invite other clinic users:

    1. Make accounts for your staff and assign them proper access roles. Learn more here.

  8. Add Billing Templates:

    1. Choose your billing codes to populate into invoices to make accounting in patient records faster. Learn more here.

  9. Connect the payment processor:

    1. Make a Stripe Connect account to process patient payments directly from invoices in Osmind. Learn more here.

  10. Upload PDFs to be able to send to patients for e-signature:

    1. We recommend grouping forms into packets (instead of uploading individually) to help streamline patient intake. Learn more.

  11. Labs Activation:

    1. You can register for Quest and/or LabCorp. If you already have an account number, please fill out this form.

  12. Set up your practice-wide survey settings:

    1. Set your practice defaults for which surveys you'd like to automate sending for your patients. Learn more here.

  13. Set up e-prescribing through DrFirst:

    1. Provide us with your prescribing information to be set up with e-prescribing. You can learn more about e-prescribing here.

  14. Zoom through Osmind:

    1. We will provide you with your Zoom information (for provider users only). You can learn more about the Zoom integration here.

  15. TextExpander through Osmind:

    1. We will provide you with your TextExpander information (for provider users only). You can learn more about TextExpander here.
