Osmind Onboarding Resources:
Register for the Practice Community: In the Practice Community, you'll have access to a wealth of resources, including recurring events such as Osmind 101 for ongoing training. Register here. You will need to create a separate login than your Provider Portal login.
Request ERX, Labs, Zoom, etc: Complete this form to provide us with the information we need to activate your practice and your providers on our Plus features. This form takes about 15 minutes to complete. Note: If your practice has multiple providers, please have 1 representative complete the form for all providers.

Add Billing Templates:
Choose your billing codes to populate into invoices to make accounting in patient records faster. Learn more here.
Upload PDFs to be able to send to patients for e-signature:
