Important Note: This workflow is for new, or prospective, patients. If you are looking for patient side scheduling for existing patients, please refer to this article.

  1. Integrate Google Calendar with Osmind:

  • Ensure your Google Calendar integration is set up with Osmind.

  • This will allow you to view your Google Calendar events in Osmind and add an Osmind calendar to your Google Calendar for consistent availability.

2. Set Up Appointment Schedules within your Google Calendar:

  • Open Google Calendar on a computer browser.

  • Click on "Create" or the "Add" button located at the top left.

  • From the drop-down menu, select "Appointment schedule."

  • Enter a title for your appointment schedule. This title is visible to anyone with the link to your booking page and will appear on your calendar for schedules and bookings.

  • Click "Set up the Schedule"

  • Set the duration of your appointment using the down arrow (minimum duration is 15 minutes).

  • Define the date, time, and time zone for your appointments.

  • For multiple slots on a single day, choose "Add another period to this day."

  • Optionally, adjust the scheduling window, customize your availability, set buffer times between appointments, limit the number of bookings per day, sync with other calendars for availability, and choose a color for your appointment schedule.

  • Ensure your calendar is set to check against both your work calendar and the Osmind provider calendar for available slots.

3. Share & Embed the Booking Link:

  • After saving your settings, a 'share' button will appear on your calendar.

  • Copy this link, which can be embedded onto your website or sent directly to patients.
