Ensure each individual using Osmind has their own unique login to comply with HIPAA standards.
Allow you to assign an appropriate "role" for each user at your practice to enable the correct level of functionality.
Ensure accurate billing as your monthly subscription price is impacted by the number of providers at your practice.

When adding a clinician with the 'Provider' role, a note will inform you about the potential increase in your bill. A customer service representative will reach out if action needs to be taken on your behalf.

Updating User Roles & Permissions
From the Team Management page in settings, you can easily change a user's role once they've already been added to your account (as long as you are a super admin or admin). Click on their roles to make the desired changes.
