To update the sender name displayed for custom intake form emails, you must first create a Dropbox account.
Note: Be sure to use the primary email address that receives custom intake form notifications when setting up the Dropbox account.
Please sign in or create an account here.
Once logged in, you'll be taken to your Documents list.
Keep in mind that you won’t be able to update the name if there are any pending signatures required from the provider.
Navigate to Settings in the upper right corner.
From the Settings menu, go to the Profile tab and update the "Your Name" field to display the name you want to appear in emails sent to patients.
For example, in this scenario, I chose to display "Clinic Name.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
