Two-way document sharing

We’ve made it easier to exchange important documents with your patients! You can now:

  • Upload and share files with patients, making them available in the mobile app

  • Request files via the Messenger or other communication method

  • Patients can view shared files or upload their own, like ID cards, insurance details, or lab results

This update streamlines communication and keeps everything organized in one place.

A faster, more scalable patient list

We’ve improved the Patient List to enhance stability, speed, and usability. What’s New?

  • Loads 10x+ Faster – Instantly access your patient list with dramatically improved performance.

  • Built for Scale – Designed to support larger clinics and growing patient panels without slowing down.

  • Improved Filters & Search – Find patients more efficiently with better filter discovery and a more intuitive search bar placement.

  • Simplified View – We’ve removed Mood Score and PHQ-9 from the list to streamline your workflow.

Appointments in the mobile app

Patients can now view upcoming and past appointments in the mobile app. Their upcoming appointment will appear at the top of the home page. A new area in the app will show the last six months of past appointments and the next one month of upcoming appointments.

Improved claims submission

The claim form now includes taxonomy codes for practices, an optional payer address section, an improved diagnosis section, and additional auto-complete logic. We also improved the infrastructure to provide a more accurate claim status display, better prefill behavior, and an improved display of claim submission errors.

Custom note templates

Templates allow you to format your notes with headings and text and insert patient information (medications, allergies, and diagnoses) to create your preferred sections. You can also use checkboxes, numbered lists, and bulleted lists to match your unique workflows.

Other workflow benefits include:

  • Less scrolling

  • Ability to add or update diagnoses directly from the note

  • Ability to quickly pull in patient intake responses to the note

  • Great for use alongside your AI scribe, as the note will retain formatting when text is pasted in from other sources

Simplified patient onboarding

We redesigned the patient welcome email and cut out an additional email with the intake form. The intake form can now be completed through the app, simplifying the patient experience by keeping their to-dos in one place (intake, scales, payment information). We also added a reminder in the to-do list if the patient has any outstanding additional practice forms to complete and to look for those in their inbox. The reminder drops once they complete their forms. We aim for these changes to increase patient satisfaction and intake completion rates.
