Osmind EHR (providers.osmind.org) is fully supported on computers and is available on mobile devices, including tablets. Note that some layouts and features may not be fully optimized on a mobile device or tablet screen.
For Patients:

We encourage patients to use the Osmind mobile app from the iPhone App Store or the Android Google Play Store. Alternatively, patients access their account by logging in at app.osmind.org.
Most smart phones released within the last 5 years are supported for screen size.
