Updated over a week ago

Overview

We have enhanced our document sharing capabilities to make it easier for clinicians and patients to exchange files securely. This new feature allows for two-way sharing: clinicians can share documents with patients and patients can share documents with clinicians directly through the mobile app.

Document Types & Examples

  • Medical records

  • Lab results

  • Insurance information

  • Educational resources

  • ID cards

  • Prescriptions

  • Treatment plans

  • Payment receipts

Document Management Tips

  • Send a message through the Messenger when sharing important documents since patients will not be automatically notified when a document is uploaded

  • Request files directly from patients via the Messenger

  • Use clear, descriptive names for uploaded files

  • Verify documents before making them visible to patients

  • Check file size limits (maximum 56 MB per file)

  • Monitor the "Patient uploads" section regularly for new files
